1.Raw Banana - 1
Cowpea(Green Lobia) - 100 grams.
Yam(Jimmikand) - 100 grams
Bottle gourd( Chirchinda) - 100 grams
Kerala kheera(vellarikka) /Ash gourd(while petha)- 200 grams
Drumstick - 2Nos.
Koorka(A Kerala root vegetable )- 100 grams(optional)
2. Coconut - 1/2 (grated)
Green Chillies - 10-15
cumin seeds - 1/8 teaspoon
Kerala Onions- 2 / onion 1 small (optional)
3.Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
salt - to tase
coconut oil - 1 tablespoon
curry leaves - 2 strands
Raw mango - 1 small or tomato - 5-6(medium) cut in 1" long pieces

Method of preparation:

Clean and cut the vegetables in 2" long size. Wash and put in a cooking utensil. Pour water till level with the vegetables. Add turmericx and salt to taste. Cook on medium fire till all vegetables are semi cooked. Add raw mango/tomato pieces and cook for 5 minutes. Rough grind the coconut, cumin seeds, green chillies and onion. Add to the cooked vegetable and mix with a spoon. Cover and cook for 2 minutes. Garnish with curry leaves and coconut oil. Remove from fire and serve.
