Banana shake



Ingredients:

1. Banana : 4
2. Milk : 1 litre (boiled and cooled)
3. Roasted groundnuts : 1/2 cup
4. Crushed ice : 1 cup
5. Sugar : 75 grams

Method of preparation:

Blend the bananas, groundnuts and sugar in a blender. Add milk and crushed ice and blend thoroughly. Pour into tall glasses and serve.
