Mango shake

Ingredients:

1. Ripe mango pieces : 1 cup
2. Milk : 1 litre(boiled and cooled)
3. Sugar : 4 tablespoons
5. Roohafsa/sharbat : 4 tablespoons
6. Ice cubes : as required

Method of Preparation:

Blend the mango pieces and sugar in a blender. Add milk and roohafsa/sharbat and blend well. Garnish with crushed ice cubes and serve chilled.
