1. Eggs : 2
2. Onion : 1 (small)
3. Ginger : 1" piece
4. Green chillies : 2
5. Oil : a few drops
6. Salt : to taste

Method of Preparation:

Finely chop the onion, ginger and green chillies.Beat the eggs. Mix together the chopped onion,ginger,green chillies, salt and the beaten eggs. Heat a few drops of oil in a frying pan. When the oil is heated, pour the mixture into it. When the omlette starts leaving the side, turn the omlette and cook for one minute. Remove from the pan and serve.
