Scrambled Egg


1. Eggs : 2
2. Salt : to taste
3. Pepper powder : a pinch
4. Oil : 1 teaspoon

Method of Preparation:

Heat the oil in a pan. Beat the eggs and pour into the heated pan. Add salt and cook on medium fire stirring constantly. When the mixture starts to dry up, add the peeper powder and fry for another minute. Remove from fire and serve.
